What is your current promotion?

How do I book a stay?
You can make a reservation on our website or through trusted platforms like Airbnb, Agoda, or Booking.com. Just select your preferred dates, review the listing, and complete your booking with the full total price (which includes all fees and taxes). Once payment is confirmed, your stay is officially reserved.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Our standard check-in time for Casa Uno is 3:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 PM, for Casa Dos is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Need flexibility? Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged—just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What amenities are available for guests?
Guests enjoy free access to the property’s pool, gym, and gardens. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM—just remember swimwear is required, and no food or drinks are allowed in the pool area.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are non-refundable. Once confirmed, cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded. However, you may contact us if you’d like to reschedule your stay (subject to availability and approval).
If your booking is canceled on our end, we’ll notify you promptly and can help with rebooking or issuing a full refund.

What are my responsibilities as a guest?
Guests are asked to treat the unit and shared spaces with care, adhere to house rules, and leave everything in the condition it was when you arrived. In the event of damage or excessive cleaning, additional charges may apply.
