These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and stays at Elivion Staycations. By confirming a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Reservations

1.1 Searching & Availability

Guests can explore available units through our website, using filters such as location, travel dates, and number of guests. Search results may vary based on availability, seasonal demand, and listing details.

1.2 Booking Confirmation

When you book with Elivion Staycations, you agree to pay the total booking amount, including nightly rates, cleaning fees (if applicable), and any required taxes or charges. Your reservation is confirmed only once payment has been received.

A confirmed booking constitutes a contract between you (“Guest”) and Elivion Staycations (“Host”). It is your responsibility to review all listing details, house rules, cancellation policies, and requirements before confirming a booking.

1.3 Accommodation Use

A reservation grants you a limited license to occupy and use the unit for the agreed period. The Host retains the right to access the property if reasonably necessary (e.g., maintenance, emergencies), provided it is permitted by law.

Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
Overstaying may result in additional charges and/or legal removal in accordance with applicable laws.
The maximum number of guests stated in the listing may not be exceeded.

2. Cancellations, Refunds & Modifications

2.1 Cancellations & Refunds

Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation policy applicable to your booking.
In certain circumstances (e.g., emergencies or major disruptive events), alternative refund or rebooking options may apply at the Host’s discretion.
If Elivion Staycations cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

2.2 Booking Modifications

Changes to a confirmed reservation (e.g., dates, number of guests, unit selection) must be agreed upon by the Host in advance. Additional charges, fees, or taxes may apply.

Guest Responsibilities

3.1 Conduct & Care

Guests are responsible for:

Leaving the unit and common areas in the same condition as at check-in.
Covering the cost of any damages, losses, or extra cleaning caused by their stay.
Acting with respect toward staff, neighbors, and other guests.
Complying with house rules, building regulations, and local laws at all times.

If booking on behalf of additional guests, you are responsible for ensuring they are aware of and comply with these Terms. Guests bringing minors must be legally authorized to act on their behalf and are fully responsible for their supervision.

3.2 Assumption of Risk

By staying with Elivion Staycations, you acknowledge that certain activities and services carry inherent risks (e.g., use of the pool, gym, or other facilities). To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risks related to your stay and release Elivion Staycations from liability for accidents, injuries, or losses, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

General Terms

Elivion Staycations reserves the right to deny bookings or terminate stays for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms.
